1. Eligibility
The LeBron James Family Foundation Sweepstakes ("Contest") is open to residents the State of Ohio who are 18 years of age or older and who have a child or ward attending a school that is a partner in the Foundation’s Wheels for Education program. Employees of the Foundation, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and members of their immediate families, and/or those residing in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate. For purposes of these rules, "immediate family" is defined as spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses.

2. How to Participate
Display a Wheels for Education sticker ("Sticker") on your automobile or on your residence and you are eligible to participate in the Contest. Stickers must be displayed between November 1, 2013 and May 31, 2014 (the "Entry Period").

3. Selection of Winners
The Contest will be conducted in six consecutive calendar months during the Entry Period, beginning on November 1st. Each month the Sponsor will send a team of Foundation members to various Ohio neighborhoods that were determined at random. If a Team member spots a sticker on your car or at your residence, you are a potential winner pending verification of your eligibility. A maximum of one prize per month will be awarded. If no sticker is spotted in any monthly period, the prize for that month will not be awarded

4. Prizes
The winner in each month may choose one prize from the following: a Samsung 46" Class LED TV (approximate retail value (ARV) ($700); the payment of winner’s rent or mortgage for one month (maximum of $1,000) (actual amount depends on amount of rent or mortgage if less than $1,000 per month); a check for a month’s worth of groceries up to $1,000 (ARV $1,000); and Nike shoes for up to six family members (maximum of $1000). Limit one prize per person or household.

5. No Substitution; Taxes
No assignment or transfer of prizes will be permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value if an advertised prize is unavailable. Once a winner selects a prize, the prize will be delivered to the school where the winner’s child is enrolled. The principal of the school will present the prize to the child of the winner on a date to be determined by the school. If a winner has a child in more than one participating school, the winner may select the school to which the prize will be sent. The prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied! WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZE.

6. Notification of Winners
If a Team member spots a sticker, the member will notify the driver or a house occupant that he/she is a potential winner and will collect all necessary contact information for prize fulfillment purposes, including the identity of the participating school. Winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity (where permitted) release which must be returned within 10 days of notification. If a potential winner is ineligible or fails to timely return the documents, he/she will be disqualified. In such cases, an alternate winner will not be selected. As a condition of receiving a prize, winners fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.

7. Releases
As a condition of receiving a prize, winners agree to release and to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of its respective related entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents for any liability, injury, death, loss or damages to entrant or any person or entity, including without limitation, damage to personal or real property, caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize.

(a) Publicity. Except where prohibited, winner's consent to Sponsor and its or their agents' use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions and biographical information for publicity, advertising, trade or promotional purposes in any media or manner, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further payment, consideration, notice or approval.

8. Right to Terminate
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to modify, cancel, terminate, and/or suspend the Contest at the conclusion of any calendar month.

9. Disputes/Choice of Law
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Akron, OH (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation, lost profits, may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"), and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. Ohio law, without reference to choice of law rules, governs the Contest and all aspects related thereto.

10. Privacy
Personally identifiable information that is submitted by winners as part of the prize fulfillment process will be treated in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy accessible on its web site at lebronjamesfamilyfoundation.org

11. Winners Lists
For the names of the winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Foundation Office
