LeBron Message

Hey guys!

How are all of my Wheels for Ed All-Stars doing? I wish I could share with you what my Foundation team has been planning, but all I can say is I am PUMPED UP for the future of our program. You guys are my PROMISE Keepers and I love each and every one of you!

I heard my fourth graders went to the orchestra this weekend. Did you guys have a great time? Visiting the orchestra with my wife is one of my favorite things to do in the winter. I remember when I went for the very first time. It was an unbelievable experience, so I hope you guys enjoyed it as well.

Music is a major part of my life and always has been. I love to rock out in the car with my kids or get pumped up before a game. If any of you guys enjoy music, I want you to think about all of the different career paths involved in the music industry. You don’t have to be able to sing or play an instrument to be in the music industry (and we all know talent hasn’t stopped me from singing, ha!). Yes, there are musicians and singers, but there are countless support roles from sound engineer to album artwork designer. If your big dream is to be in the music industry, I want you to write down what you want to do and show it to your parents. When you talk with your family, make sure you tell them what PROMISES you have to keep if you want to get to your goal.

I PROMISE that if you work hard and treat people well, nothing can stop you!

Now, for all of my fifth graders, don’t think we forgot you! Coming up next month is our movie magic outing. What’s the movie? Oh, just a little flick called THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE!!!!!!!!

Remember, nothing is given and everything is earned. Keeping working hard.

Your friend,

Mr. LeBron

WE ARE FAMILY!
