It takes something extra to be a 330 Ambassador. For this select group of local high school students chosen to represent LeBron and serve as role models to his I PROMISE students, the responsibility to lead and serve is great and the long-term impact is even greater. It takes a special person – one with the intangible qualities needed to incite and inspire change in others – and the LeBron James Family Foundation is looking for 23 of them.

Who better to help identify the best candidates than a current 330 who knows what it takes and what the role demands? Led by former 330 and current member of team LJFF, Madalyn, LJFF hosted its first ever 330 Ambassador Interview Night that served as an open house for a select group of prospective Ambassadors. All anxious and up for the challenge, the high school students from across Akron Public Schools and St. Vincent – St. Mary answered speed rounds of various questions aimed at gauging their experience and personalities as potential fits for the coveted role of 330.

With such an impressive pool of applicants, this year’s class of 330 Ambassadors is sure to be another group of exceptional individuals with a common mission to serve.
