As LeBron’s Akron I PROMISE Network students arrived at school on Monday morning, they walked with a little extra pep in their step. That’s because the evening before, all 800 of his 6th through 11th grade students received a brand new pair of LeBron 16’s and a new hoodie as a reward for their hard work in the classroom and at home.

They also received a special letter from LeBron, encouraging them to continue climbing as the school year continues saying, “I know we’ve done a lot of great things, but there is still so much more to be done.”

With new fire on their feet and hoodies in hand, our AIPN students are ready to take on whatever comes their way – learning and growing as we go.
