From a joyful music program to festive family feasts and a special train ride to the North Pole, the I PROMISE students and families have soaked in the spirit of the season all month long.
To add to the magic, our family at Little Tikes once again helped us surprise more than 5,600 Akron Public Schools students with toys – delivered straight to their classroom by Santa with help from our family at Goodyear, Thomas Limousine and Two Men & A Truck.
Students in preschool through second grade each received a special surprise as they went home for the holidays, ensuring their season would be bright!
Also making this time of year special for our kids, our family at Smuckers packed and delivered over 700 winter snack packs for our I PROMISE School students and families to take home for the winter, helping to make sure they would not go hungry over the holidays. The bright-eyed smiles on our kids’ faces showed just how meaningful this gift was to each of them.
Our family of partners are truly something special. They help us share resources and create memories that are changing lives. We are so thankful for their support, and for all of the individuals who have helped us with donations throughout the year. Every dollar helps further our mission to change lives for generations to come.
